Web 2.0 is, he <a href=\"http:\/\/radar.oreilly.com\/archives\/2007\/10\/web_30_semantic_web_web_20.html\">wrote<\/a> yesterday, &#8220;intelligence in the back end.&#8221; Short, sweet and memorable. And after having visited many popular Web 2.0 sites, I can say with confidence that most of the intelligence does indeed seem to emanate from the back end. Best of all, we can now give Web 2.0 what it&#8217;s always deserved: a <a href=\"http:\/\/img.slate.com\/media\/79\/My%20Humps.asf\">theme song<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>So that&#8217;s done.
