Kudos to our Fearless Leader. Good list but ny I be so bold as to suggest that they could haved added this one as well:The Rich and How They Got That Way: How the Wealthiest People of All Time--from Genghis Khan to Bill Gates--Made Their Fortunes. I never though I would see the names Genghis Kahn and Bill Gates in the same sentence!
